Please feel free to call or email if you have questions about which class is right for you. Come a few minutes early, bring a yoga mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours for free.
All classes are open (you can come to any class you wish) with the exception of Tai Chi - this is a 5 week session class that you need to pre-register.
The 2nd Friday of the month offers a bonus candle light slow flow class that is on a sign up basis... if you are interested, sign up during the week for class. If it is ON then anyone can come (even if you are not signed up). Since it is a new class, there needs to be enough interest to run - come with friends!
