As we move through our days, do you ever feel tired for no reason? Really energetic? Unusually organized? Well it can be related back to the moon. As the moon moves through her stages, we are affected by her luminous draw. As she turns away from us, waning to a dark new moon, we become withdrawn or even tired. As she opens her light to a full moon, the radiance opens more then just evening shadows. We naturally grow restless, have more energy or even have strong desires to organize and clear clutter from our space.

In a perfect world, we would all have an hour each morning to do our yoga practice followed by a 30 minute meditation. Then get a full body massage and gourmet breakfast served on a try with fresh flowers... wait, sorry I must be dreaming again. But finding the perfect practice is important.
