Memorial Day (Monday). Yoga at the Beach!

Follow the Yogi Ashtanga  7 am   (note change in time – arrive early so we are ready to start at 7).

Hatha 8:30-9:30am    (arrive early so we are ready to start at 8:30).

Location: Bishop Lake- Brighton Recreation Area – 6360 Chilson Road. Off Chilson Road you take a left into the recreation area. You will see and pass the beach on the right, the entrance is further up the road. You must pay to enter the park (it might not be staffed at the early class).

Park in the lot near the path to the beach – we will meet in the grassy area between the beach and the sand volleyball court.

Both classes will be donation to Operation Homefront. Operation Homefront provides emergency financial aid and other help for families of deployed service members, and for Wounded Warriors during their recovery and transition.

Rain location will be at the studio.
